Jublet is built for people in Bangalore to find compatible roommates and genuine PG, room, or bed listings. These guidelines help keep the community useful, honest, and safe.

Be Genuine

  • Use your real profile details and do not impersonate another person.
  • Create only genuine roommate searches, PG listings, room listings, or bed listings.
  • Do not post fake availability, fake photos, misleading prices, or incorrect deposit details.

Keep Listings Accurate

  • Mention the correct area, monthly share, deposit, available date, sharing type, and amenities.
  • Photos should show the actual space when you choose to upload them.
  • Use urgent status only when a roommate is genuinely needed soon.

Respect Other Users

  • Do not harass, threaten, spam, pressure, or abuse other users in chat.
  • Do not discriminate based on identity, language, religion, caste, gender, or personal background.
  • Share contact details only when both sides are comfortable.

Safety And Moderation

  • Report suspicious profiles, fake listings, payment pressure, or abusive messages from inside the app.
  • Jublet may review, hide, remove, or restrict content that appears unsafe, misleading, or policy-violating.
  • Repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension or removal.
