These Terms govern your use of Jublet, including roommate search, place listings, profile completion, in-app chat, notifications, and community moderation.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Jublet.
  • Jublet is currently focused on users searching for roommates, PGs, rooms, or beds in Bangalore.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate account, profile, search, and listing information.

Profiles And Roommate Search

  • Your profile should accurately describe you, your preferences, budget, languages, lifestyle, and move-in needs.
  • You may use filters such as area, bed availability, looking for PG, budget, and sharing preferences to discover relevant people or places.
  • Match suggestions are informational only. You should independently verify identity, price, location, rules, and safety before making housing decisions.

Place Listings

  • If you list a PG, room, or bed, the listing must be genuine and accurately priced.
  • Monthly share, deposit, availability date, sharing type, amenities, area, PG or room name, and description must not be misleading.
  • Photos should show the actual space when available. If you skip room photos, you are still responsible for giving accurate details.
  • Do not mark a listing as urgent unless a roommate is genuinely needed soon.

Chat And User Conduct

  • Use in-app chat respectfully and only for roommate, PG, room, or housing-related communication.
  • Do not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, discriminate, request illegal payments, or share abusive content.
  • Do not upload fake photos, misleading prices, false availability, or content that violates another person's rights.

Community Guidelines And Moderation

  • Listings must be genuine, accurately priced, and described honestly.
  • We may review, remove, limit, or suspend profiles, listings, chats, or accounts that appear fake, misleading, unsafe, abusive, or policy-violating.
  • Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from Jublet.

Payments And Offline Deals

  • Jublet does not guarantee any rental, deposit, token payment, agreement, move-in, or offline transaction between users.
  • Never send money or sensitive documents before independently verifying the person, property, and terms.
  • Any offline arrangement is between the users involved unless Jublet separately states otherwise in writing.

Service Availability

  • We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the app, including search, listings, chat, notifications, and moderation features.
  • We aim to keep Jublet useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Account Deletion

  • You may request account deletion at any time through the account deletion instructions provided on our website or in the app.
  • Deletion does not cancel obligations, disputes, moderation records, fraud-prevention logs, or legal retention requirements that may survive account closure.
